This is also my first time to see this kind of swap method. Im curious whether there must be the arttokens that available in the wallet that will be swapped into the new arttoken. This looks very shady method.

yeah, but new ETH address would not help, since tokens are not transferable, so you can not send it to new address, i think that he meant new contract for 4Art through the swap

have tried to do the swap, but got an info that there is no enough ETH on my wallet to initiate the swap
there is one info on all pages, and that is that you need 55 wei for the swap, not sure is that a mistake, but clearly there is something wrong with this coin upgrade process, if anyone passed the whole process, please share, so that we can do it as well

do not want to put much ETH on a wallet where i will share private key on a website, rather will skip the upgrade

Someone from the dev team members or a very knowledgeable person told on the Telegram group some time ago that two people did not keep the lock period of 4ART token. From what was said, they had a total of 3 million tokens. Everything indicates that they have already sold all their tokens, because the price is starting to rise rapidly. I think generous investors have finally arrived and the price will be back to its level or much higher.
