Dear forum users,

I locked my account on November 9th because I received an e-mail saying there was an unauthorized access to it.

After a long wait for response from Poloniex, they unlocked it today, but when I signed in, the account balance was empty. In my account were the following coins: 2,300 Litecoins, 100 Monero, and small portions from other cryptocurrencies. In the withdrawal history, there are no outgoing transactions.

Has anybody had the same issue and how did you solve it?

I request your help and support.

So meaning to say, there's nothing on your withdrawal history that states that your coins were withdrawn in an unknown address? If so, you should contact their support to clarify your situation. Please make it as detailed as possible and it should also be followed by proofs e.g. screenshots since waiting for their response is slow enough but if your support ticket lack essential details then it will be slower than that.

But If you see in your withdrawal history that your coins were withdrawn in an unknown address, unfortunately most cryptocoins are irreversible and pseudonymous so its nearly impossible to get them back.

I agree, if you don't see any withdrawals then your coins are most probably safe. It could be a page loading issue. Based on my own experience I think the way the page loads is it first loads a basic layout with zero balance and then it retrieves and updates your actual balance. Sometimes it's slow or gets stuck at the first part and the balance appears to be zero. Have you tried reloading the page (F5 or ctrl-F5)?
