will someone help fixed my account as i was hacked last time and some users imposed negative trust on my account now I'm contacting the user and they referred me here.

Very unlikely you'll get the negative feedback removed. I would suggest proving that you wasn't in control of the account at the time and provide the signed address you used to gain control to the account with.

You may have it reduced to a neutral this way, but honestly probably not going to happen.
