Hey everyone..like everyone else I'm new to the game and have decided to start with coinbase. Has anyone had trouble with verifying ID? Was able to put my checking account on coinbase with no issues. Now trying to link my card so I don't have to wait the 7 -10 days. That however hasn't worked. Is this normal? From what I have read you should be able to link it and buy btc right away using your debit/cc. Any info appreciated. Thank you.

Is the coin base a good exchange?
Coinbase isn't an exchange, it's a website service that allows you to buy/sell bitcoin for a fee. They do have "GDAX" which is a popular USA exchange if you want to buy LTC/ETH/BCH/BTC. Also, setting up accounts always takes some time for them to verify, try to link bank and do the full verification now so you won't have to ever again.
