Hi Guys,

Im in the cryptoworld since okt 17. A newbie :-)

This ist my portfolio and I would love if you can give me some feedback in relation to longterm-holding (minimum jan 19).

Should I replace something or shift something?

Thx for your feedback.

Firstly I read that as January the 19th and I was like  Huh that's not long term but now I realise you mean january 2019. I would say that you are much too heavily weighted towards ripple, sell some and bring in some coins like ethereum and bitcoin, these two should make up the pillars of most strong portfolios.

I also would suggest to buy ETH and maybe also litecoin (LTC) and perhaps stratis (STRAT) and/or waves.

You have around 20 tokens and most of them are good ones to make investment. Your choices are correct I mean. But you can maybe increase the number of DGB and CDT for maximum profit. Congrats for holding until now.

You are already at 4x. Well done.

Half of your portfolio is XRP, I also think it's too much unless it's your favorite baby I'd cut that in half.
Buy more coins in the Top 10 or you can soon kiss your money goodbye. BTC/ETH/LTC/XMR.

You might think that lesser known projects will give you higher returns. But most are lesser known for a reason. They stink.
The cream always rises to the top so it doesn't take long for a good project to be recognized by many and I see through your portfolio that you might want to counter that trend. But you can't.
I have been burned by buying into hyped projects. They were pure scams. Don't get fooled by people just out for your money, it's all I'm saying.

This is effectively what I was saying earlier, these are mostly projects with a lot of hype at the moment and while they may get good returns right now in the long term they will probably be outperformed by the solid projects like bitcoin and ethereum which you have left out.

I tend to agree. Look a bit at the usual suspects. No-one can predict, of course. Don't know how ETH and LTC will do, but I think they are both still undervalued. And LTC is A LOT undervalued I think.

I would also look at the cryptobanks like BANCOR or CHANGE. Real projects with good support and good development.

If you are willing to leave a small bit to take a risk, I would go for eBTC which I sold waaay too early, but I think very undervalued if you take its supply into account. Might be a shitcoin, maybe not, but I think the support is quite impressive, shitcoin or not.

The sleeping giant of which I continue to be astonished that no more people are talking about, is SYScoin, I believe and I hope.
