Electrum - LTC not received

Hello. I have sent LTCs from Trezor to Electrum-LTC, and I did not receive the amount. Its been 2 days, transaction has 200+ confirmations. I can see the amount in blockchain (block explorer), but same address in Electrum-LTC shows zero. Anyone knows, where the trouble can be?

Is your Electrum-LTC synced up properly? Green dot in the bottom right corner? If you goto "Tools -> Network"... do you see the number of blocks? Is that number >= 1344259 (current LTC blockheight)?

Finally, are you sure you transferred to the correct address and correct wallet? Was it an "L" or "M" address? or was is a "3" address?

I notice that you use old Electrum LTC version 2.6.4.2 and latest is 2.9.3.1 : https://electrum-ltc.org/ so problem is probably in outdated version of wallet or in server you are connected.It would be wisely that you upgrade to latest version(backup wallet data/seed before that) and see if this solve problem.Since your transaction have 200+ confirmations problem is on your side.

You can try to click on green dot and uncheck automatic connect to server,and choose a server manually from the list-but better is to upgrade to latest version.
