I'm looking to sell bitcoins. You pay gox_last + 5%

I'll sell any quantity less than 50 BTC.

I'm willing to meet for face to face cash exchange anywhere within 60 miles of Joliet, IL (nearly the entire Greater Chicagoland Area).

I'm willing to accept U.S. Postal money order.

I'm willing to accept U.S. cash shipped via U.S.P.S. to my P.O. Box. In this case, you pay shipping charges, insurance, and you carry the risk and burden associated lost cash.

I'm willing to accept Western Union or MoneyGram. In this case you pay any fees.

Don't bother asking about other payment methods.  I'm not interested at the moment. If I become interested in other payment methods, I'll update this post.
