I'm looking to put $500 in APEX ICO, more if they have a set amount like the Pre-sale did. I can't join due to KYC policy blocking my country. If someone else will pass the KYC and buy, I will purchase from you for 120% ($600) as soon as coins are released. Will use escrow. If it's $1,000 I'll pay $1,200. NEO is needed for the ICO.
The KYC needs a picture of passport or government issued ID, and picture of you holding it. There does not need to be any mixing of information - you buy with your account, and sell to me after. Countries not allowed are mainland China, Singapore and US.
Apex crowdsale info:
Crowdsale whitelisting will start on 5pm Beijing/China Standard Time (CST) on Monday, January 15.
KYC/AML Whitelisting applications will be made available on the APEX official website (apex.chinapex.com) at the KYC application start time.
The NEO: USD ratio will be set 1 day before the crowdsale. The crowdsale date is currently set at Monday January 29, 2018.
More information will be announced towards the crowdsale whitelisting date.
