Is the coin still funded ? Can we see the address ?
I believe the maker kept a record of all the private keys.

The presence or lack of BTC at the coin's address will greatly change it's value.

I believe there was a problem with his coins and the maker told everyone to peel and sweep all coins over the summer.  I had 3 and was lucky that all of them had funds but I know some were not as lucky as I.   

Selling this as a funded coin (if it is funded)   is risky for the buyer.
