A Founder Story.
The problems facing education are creating nearly insurmountable obstacles for students and their families.
These include but are not limited to:
- College education is becoming inaccessible to many families. College savings is a top financial goal for parents, yet 83% of U.S. families cannot afford tuition. The current U.S. student loan debt has reached a staggering $1.7 trillion dollars.
- Our education system is lagging behind private sector needs. There is no better example of this than the H1B immigration issue stemming from the shortage of skilled workers in US (and worldwide).
- Today’s digital learners can no longer rely on their grades and degrees to secure their financial futures. To succeed today and in the future, students must master a diverse set of skills outside of traditional learning environments to prepare themselves for rapidly evolving future careers.

Bitlearn (BLN) and the Bitlearn Token (BLB)
It is our pleasure to introduce you to Bitlearn Network (BLN), a multifaceted approach to solving the world’s most pressing education issues for all our participants.
Our mission is to level the education playing field by tokenizing college savings and capturing a student’s acquired skills on the blockchain.We believe in empowering younger generations to learn and earn; the secure, decentralized nature of the blockchain technology will help catalyze our team’s vision to level the education playing field for all participants.
Blockchain technology is revolutionizing several areas of our society. We believe it is now time to use it to revolutionize the education system. The main value of a blockchain — or shared decentralized ledger — is that it enables self-governance and enhances transparency and security across peer-to-peer networks: solutions that lend perfectly to today’s education issues.
Our vision is built on two ideals:
- Student Agency — Changing the learners’ mindset to empower them to take ownership of their own learning needs
- Bridging the Skills Gap — Elevate the best educators and industry experts, while fundamentally changing the skills market by forging a pathway from early childhood learning to corporate training
Realizing the Bitlearn Vision
Our team is taking practical, measurable and actionable steps towards making Bitlearn a reality for all students
- Learning-Designed Games: Our team has spent several years designing games serving millions of users, and now employs our experience towards learning with BitLearn Network: an ecosystem that fosters student agency
- Publishing Platform for Educators: BitLearn has a ready-built publishing platform which enables experts and teachers to publish their proven learning material into our game format. In other words, educators from around the world will be able to reach students in classrooms thousands of miles away from their own. Conversely, students around the globe will have access to the high quality curriculum at the touch of their fingers.
- Earning Towards Financial Literacy: Each child will have his or her own virtual piggy bank to store BLB tokens. Smart contracts automatically transfer tokens earned to a college savings account in (fiat currency).

BLB Token and Employing The Blockchain
To bridge the skills gap, we are working diligently on our solution to capture key learning data around knowledge building blocks of each individual learners’ path, all using the blockchain and Bitlearn Tokens (BLB).
The BLB token will be widely used in BLN ecosystem and act as powerful incentives for all participants:- Give parents a chance to prepare kids for the future financially and skills-wise;
- Opens up opportunities for learners to get an appropriate education to business needs;
- Encourage educators to share the best practices and the most vetted and effective content.
Parents / Educators — Join Our Mission[/color]
We have been private beta testing with students and educators whoego have loved using our learning & publishing platform (known as
Funler).
We plan to release the public beta of our learning product by early March 2018. During that time,
we will be airdropping BLB tokens into user wallets inside the learning app for early parent users who are willing to give us valuable feedback. We will also be rewarding BLB tokens to early teacher users publishing their proven materials onto our platform user wallets to demonstrate actual BLB Token utility before any public token sale.
As more information is finalized regarding how to join our network, we will announce it there for all interested parties.
