Don't mistake a crash with a health correction. If you haven't bought in yet, just wait until the next rally and never catch a falling knife.

This is most probably just a normal and healthy correction. I wouldn't be afraid as long as there's no bad news yet.
Apparently, just a very normal one which has been anticipated for a long time now and that to me is an awesome one. At least with that, we know the market is doing well and like you said, even with bad news, bitcoin still shows several signs of thriving which to me is a very good thing which shows how strong the market really is.

Times have changed and a lot of investors are looking for a new buy opportunity and with the strength of the market being tested, no one is busy waiting for a very long dip as they know there are already people on ground ready to quickly buy it up if they do not act fast which is the reason why the bears do not last that much and that is some strength to be happy about.

Has the Bitcoin crash just started?
Yes,  and I do bwlieve that it has to do with the season. We are now on christmas season wehrein people are expected to be in need of money for different reasons so maybe they are selling their Bitcoin for them to use it to buy the things that they want. The demand is falling as well as its value since the transactions are getting higher
If I look at the current price then I believe the Bitcoin price will move fairly stable. Decline and rise in prices also look normal and not enough to cause negative impacts. I see this as something that always happens to Bitcoin, It may be strange for some people who just know Bitcoin. But the fact is that the price of Bitcoin always experience the movement and the current price can be said as thing happened, we have been able to prove that for the last 2 weeks Bitcoin price never change much.

Has the Bitcoin crash just started?

Isn't likely a crash but a correction over the price pump in the lastest weeks, people is turning into altcoins to pump again BTC whenver they see it to be possible.

Has the Bitcoin crash just started?

Things never remain the same as always and whatever goes up, comes down again. But that doesn't mean "crash" as you demonstrated, but a wave of correction is being seen in the markets. You must be familiar with the reason why you are here, and that's the constant rise in bitcoin's value that it maintained to make it over 19 times in a year itself. So, correction is normal here, stop calling it crash every time you see a drop-off because then, you really don't understand the way it works. Being dropped in a shot means crash, dropping with stability isn't.

It did crash however I think it is ripe for it to pump again since a lot of altcoins just pump and they need to correct. Chances are people will start dumping alts and buy bitcoins as it is pretty low right now. I already cashed out my Doge, though a bit early at 45 sats each still good profits and looking like it will all crash back down to make bitcoins rise. This is always a seesaw action. When alts go up, bitcoins go down, then when bitcoins go up, people leave alts and go back to bitcoins.

I agree, this has been what I have observed. From the looks of it the alts are pretty high up there and they aren't supposed to be this high and BTC is pretty low and has not gone up since it corrected a few days ago. This might result to a reversal in the next days. It is extremely possible to see a change on who is leading, bitcoins or alts.

I really don't understand why there is all the hate for Bitcoin Cash, I am not a supporter nor am I un supportive
of it. But I just don't get why everyone hates it so much, it makes sense groups would fork off because of the
huge fees and backlog.

I hate it that people I know who are just now getting into bitcoin have to pay these rediculous fees and wait
hours to get their transactions confirmed even after they paid a $10 fee.

Besides the trademark infringement arguement why the hate? Enlighten me please.
-it lowers btc
-they missed the train
-splits network power/security
-the two forks may lower investor confidence for various reasons. Raises questions.  Limited supply is no longer limited. How many forks will there be. Which fork is authentic. Which one will merchants adopt. Who makes these decisions.  What's a fork.  Sounds like a scam I better invest in gold,  etc

Others also don't like that it's basically owned by Bitmain.

Don't fret, my child. This is just a correction. Zoom out and look at the gains over the MONTH! If you're afraid, then you've probably invested too much. Bitcoin is always under attack, and always comes back stronger. HODL! Good luck!

Doesn't look like a crash to me. Although there are whales cashing out at this very moment, causing panic making others (newbies) follow as well. On the other hand, Bitcoin Cash is down more than 20%, so that might be a crash for me. But as far as bitcoin is concern, its inevitable, we are all been waiting for this correction to happen so that we can go back and buy bitcoin at discounted price. The planned coordinate attack by the entities behind Bitcoin Cash is over just as predicted by most of us. It will not last because they really don't have the support of the community. People cashing out their bitcoin and probably shifting to altcoins because they want to see this whole Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash unfolding. Nevertheless, dust is already settled and I'm assuming in matter of days they will all go back to bitcoin ecosystem again and push the price to $16,000-$17,000. No need to panic here. Its just the nature of cryptos. But if you are swayed to sell your bitcoin, that will be OUCH, should have hodl on it and not fall for the trap.

It depends on what do you consider a "real crash" i dont think that it has crashed, maybe you are a little bit newbie in here and you think that a drop of 20%  is a "crash".
if you do not know how the market works, then please, leave this forum.

The price of Bitcoin is slowly decreasing, which is just normal after such price increases. However, the price will fall back a little more. That will be the time to start buying again. Whales are now cashing out, that's why we see the price going down. But next year the price will certainly go up again. In May 2018 the price will be over 20K.

People always keep on saying bitcoin crash or dead. When price fall down usually most traders convert into other altcoins to have profit I think. And Ive heard most switch into bcc as we all know most traded also in bcc. But in bitcoin I know it will recover and will remain active.
Be a true follower and to the true followers bitcoin is more sincere ad those who left the side of bitcoin will come again and will invest double amount to get bitcoin again because bitcoin crash will not stay for forever as in past also there was a huge pump after every small dump and same will happen now maybe this time pump will give prices an increment of more than 15k dollar so be seated and stay with bitcoin to earn,

Yeah you are right the price is not decreasing too much but it is becoming stable. There is a huge increase in the price in the past 3 months so what happened if it feels down a little bit. Many people are thinking negative about the price of bitcoin because of a little bit fall but they are not looking at the big rise in the price in past few months. If the price fell down a little bit it doesn’t mean that the crash of bitcoin started.

Has the Bitcoin crash just started?
Bitcoin went through what is called the market correction in the last few days, probably a week or two. Bitcoin was in correction because whenever the bitcoin price hit the highest level in the market there must be a correction that will come to balanced the bitcoin price in the market. And it currently appears the correction period is over since the bitcoin price already started recovering. Bitcoin price normally recovers within the first two to three weeks after correction period.

Has the Bitcoin crash just started?
No, people talk so much about possible crashes that it seems that is what they want, the price of bitcoin needed a correction and since the price increase was monumental the price correction needed to be big as well, that is not a crash that is just bitcoin doing bitcoin things, as you can see we are back at the healthy price of 15k which is not bad if we take into account everything that happened.

It would seem that people are just trying to cause panic by yelling about a crash every now and then so they can take advantage of the dip. Much like what jamie dimon did a few months back. Bitcoin will not crash as it will most certainly rise in value. Unless governments interfere that is

The major difference is that Jamie Dimon sits comfortably on a seat as CEO of the largest and most poweful wall street bank. If the market reacts on what the CEO says of such financial institution, it's somewhat understandable that people have the urge to panic sell, which also seemed to happen at that time. It however won't work again. All empty headed noobs here talking about crashes can't do anything in terms of influencing the market. If anyone here takes the words of a bunch of noobs here seriously, that person itself is even a bigger noob that should seek for mental help.
