中国继续加大对斯里兰卡科伦坡港口城项目的投资，以10亿美元在当地建设三栋60层楼高的建筑，力图借此加强中国在印度洋的影响力。中国此前已经投资14亿美元，在该地段展开填土工程。斯里兰卡政府周二说，中国将投资10亿美元，在斯里兰卡主要港口附近建造三栋60层楼高的建筑物。港口城是中国“一带一路”战略中的重要工程项目，位置与斯里兰卡主要码头毗邻，该码头是目前南亚唯一的深水集装箱码头。中国和斯里兰卡希望，这个由斯里兰卡前总统拉贾帕克萨发起的项目能在印度洋创建一个与新加坡和欧洲金融中心媲美的项目，吸引数十亿外国投资和创造数以千计的就业岗位。

斯里兰卡主要港口码头是目前南亚唯一的深水集装箱码头哦！
