I can suggest this one HOQU as it looks promising ICO, but no one can guarantee until the ICO finishes. I am also watching this thread for some Bounties as other people who might know.

Unfortunately, there is no other way, you can already participate as Newbie. But, even before that, i think it's interesting that you always keep an eye on the bitcoin services and altcoin bounties section. That way, you can follow the main campaigns that are happening. I'll leave some links that i think are important.

It would be better if you can update your forum rank first to at least junior member. Its quite hard for a newbie rank to find bounties to join.
