So, most wallets who issued pre paid debit cards which could be used in shops/online have been suspended, as Visa has issued a suspension on all cards through Wavecrest. Wavecrest is the provider of the cards which Visa used, apparently they didn't comply to regulations.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2018/01/05/visa-locks-bitcoin-payment-cards-crackdown-card-issuer/

Visa state that there are other pre paid cards who are linked to crypto they are fine with continuing. So, my question is...

Which cryptowallet offers a pre paid card you can load £/btc onto that ISN'T issued by Wavecrest? Any ideas?

Thanks everyonr

Till now Centra and Monaco have claimed that they don't have cards issued by WaveCrest and are not experiencing problems.

The question is,for all that are still working is their card issuer really complying with all VISA terms?
Or in two weeks we will see them also going down.
Wirecard is also a VISA partener and won't risk anything for a few thousands clients.

Visa said the cards had been suspended after Visa terminated WaveCrest's membership due to "continued non-compliance with our operating rules", although it said other Visa cards that convert Bitcoin into normal currency would not be affected.

"Visa has other approved card programmes that use fiat funds converted from cryptocurrency in a number of jurisdictions. The termination of WaveCrest’s Visa membership does not affect these other products."

As quoted from The Telegraph link above.

I would very much want to know the websites of these approved card programmes and their jurisdictions. Apart from Wave Crest, which other approved providers offer crypto-funded Visa cards?

Can anyone shed light please?
