This is correct this is a cross-chain sale there are tokens available on the counterparty system.
There are 5 Million tokens loaded into the swap bot.

This gives users a cross-chain choice of tokens to be used both systems Ethereum and Counterparty will be crucial points for the pegtoken platform.

Thank you for the support we have been very busy working on the API.  We will be testing this Monday 19/02/18 we will post the results from the testing.
On another note ERC-20 tokens were suspended from sale for 1 week dew to issue with etherdelta.  Issue has now been resolved and tokens are back available for sale on the system.

Swapbot is also up and running don't forget you can trade your XCP tokens for ERC-20 tokens we will launch the swapbot for this soon.
