Unless you have a HK buyer,  I would think you would need to have escrow for someone to get on a plane and come to HK.

Escrow is totally ok if the buyer pays the fees - I meant I wouldn't trust DHL etc. with something this valuable!

You should offer a drop-off service for something extra

Anyway, imo - its very risky- you can always peel it and keep the funds (Peeling sucks)
