is this guy a scam? wouldnt give his knc i.d. reseller  and said didnt want knc to know his selling on the bay!! wth

I know KnC wanted to discourage any eBay selling wityn pre-sales, that was the reason for all the hoohah surrounding pre-order transfers here, to keep it away from eBay, and this Paypal.

Paypal have been pusses about BFL presales on eBay and KnC promised as part of an agreement to discourage eBay pre-selling.
