first of all i'm sorry if this topic is in the wrong place, i dont know where to start, i'm a newbie

Situation: i have a BELKIN surge protector. it says

250V/13A/50Hz/3250W

max energy dissipation
918 Joules

max spike current
36000 amps

max spike voltage
1.2KV

i want some help from the gurus here, to tell me, can i use this to mine ETH with

12 unit of MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X

with a support of 2 PSU, both masterwatt maker 1500w, powering 6 GPU each, I have an asus b250 mining expert, i3 7100, 8gb ram trident z gskill, wd black 2.5 inch 1TB

i just happened to have all of these now, so i planned to just use these for a while..

can my BELKIN handle 12 GPU with these 2 power supplies? if i want to add another 7 gpu to fill up my mobo in the future, can my BELKIN still handle it?

(most miners say gtx 1070 only use 130W average, decreasing the power limit using MSI Afterburner)
