Seems fine but I would buy a little higher quality/capacity psus. Would probably also spring for 120GB ssd just for some overhead since it doesn't cost much extra.

I don't think that you are chosing the right power supplies. Power consumption will be an important piece in the profit you will have. I recommend to spend some more on those, to have a better one. I would go for a platinum serie.
Additionally I think you can't power 13 cards with 2 - 1000W supplies. 1 card uses around 180 Watt (AMD RX580) ==> Which is 2360 Watt + You should have around 10 to 15 % reserve. Of course there are cards that consume less, but bring less return as well

Thank you guys. You are awesome. Actually why i didn't choose gtx 1060 because i think it's already too old.
I will go with Linux.
So main things to change: Power supply: 3x 850w?
And what's more? Want to make order asap. Please note that i want to keep warranty on GPU so bios will remain without update, just overclock.

You need to follow good guidelines to connect multiple power supplies to one rig. I never tried it, but read that it was important.
I would go for 1500 and 1000 or 1250. That makes it a little easier to connect.

I would also stay away from that Enermax, its not high tier psu. Invest a bit more money in good power supply, this is important. cpu does not need cooler. it comes boxed set (has a cooler). If you are no modding bios on the ATIs, go for Nvidia better.

By saying nvidia did you mean gtx 1060 ? If yes, do you really think it will be on the wave for next 6-8 months?

You are also buying wrong RAM. This board supports only DDR4 ram and 1600 Mhz is the speed of a DDR3 ram so please go and correct the link of the RAM.

Please input all your parts into pcpartpicker.com to check for basic compatibility issues like the one that cereb pointed out.

You should try some ICOs, for me. Pretty profitable if you do your due diligence and research well. Cryptokami is good investment for you

for that price you could buy a server PSU, those are built to last longer and are usually more powerfull. I got a 2400W PSU for around 100$. You could find cheaper risers from Aliexpress too (see signature for mines), same for SSD you don't need a big brand.
I have exactly the same motherboard, you'll need to find risers that are not too big because PCIe slots are really close to each other.
GTX 1060 was very interesting up to some weeks ago. I got my last one around 170€ but now exactly the same are around 300€.

Okey guys, thank you for all our answers. Yes i notice that i choose wrong RAM after i post this post.
So if i will go with DDR4 (as it should be of course), change power supply to a better ones. Will it work fine?
To connect power supplies i already have an idea how to.
Risers from aliexpress are good, but it's ~3 weeks of waiting + Chinese new year so it can go up to 4-5 weeks i guess. Here in my country there are plenty of resellers who bought at ali and adds just 2-3$ profit. so i can buy on a little higher price but in 2-3hours.

Indeed, risers from China will take much more time to arrive. For the PSU i bough a server PSU to power all GPU and a smaller (and cheaper PSU) to power the motherboard because high power (non server) PSU are very expensive.
