Need help to convert Emachine T4150 tower into dual 1080Ti Stealth machine

I want to gut and convert my old tower Emachine T4150 chassis into a mainly coin collector PC. Windows 10 for basic work SW, I am a tech with tools to modify if needed.Looking for the best match of all parts CPU, M.Bd., Ram, PSU etc to run (2) 1080ti boards in the stock size chassis without a fire starting.
Money is no problem for parts as long as realistic.
Give me your best ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
