Generic name, pretty site, 'been involved with ASIC technologies for three years', with no mention of who they are, taking payments now with no info or proof, claim location in Germany with Shenzen fab, payment only in Bitcoin's, this is no where anything like the other entrants.

Reeks of Cedartec.

Scam.

wow - when is somebody going to write a wordpress template for "bitcoin scam site"...  I'm actually really surprised we are not seeing more of these!  Since BTC is 'untraceable' and there is no way to 'get it back' after you send it, seems like sites like this would be popping up all over the place!

Since the headline is pretty generic, I will link slap another bad miner deal.

http://techcrunch.com/2013/08/07/coinlab-the-bitcoin-incubator-announces-first-funded-company-alydian/

1000GH per $65,000

30% more expensive than the Bitfury August delivery 400GH miner (400GH per $20,000), and no website details on their proprietary 65nm chip.

Discuss...

Edit: looks like this already being discussed in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269730.0
And yes... it doesn't seem kinda pricey.

BTC is untraceable, but hosting scam site is not

Is this what the fuss was about?  "Phoenix Technologies Announces Production of Bitcoin Mining Hardware
http://www.sbwire.com/press-releases/phoenix-technologies-announces-production-of-bitcoin-mining-hardware-302555.htm

Hi Sockpuppet,

no, this link is new. If you want to get our attention, get at least any of those thousands of "Phoenix Technologies" to post it on their site and not some sbwire …
I tried to find the logo and found out that tineye.com is particularly bad at finding text-logos.

Finally, a ASIC-based company I can believe in. As in, I believe they've acquired part of that logo elsewhere.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_Television

Ergo, anybody ordering from them deserves what they get--NOTHING!

boston.com http://finance.boston.com/boston/news/read?GUID=24856619 sourced their story from here: http://marketersmedia.com/asic-chip-technology-hits-china-to-create-new-boom-in-bitcoin-gold-rush-2/20393

Here's my take: Any company that is capable of stealing a logo should not be trusted. Anybody ordering from such a company and loses their money should be laughed at each and every time they post.

Anybody who comes here and justifies the logo issue should not be trusted either.

Your turn! Attack this post!
