I have an european bank account with 1000 Euros deposited and a ripple wallet

Someone explain how I can exchange my 1000 EUR into USD with the ripple network
in under 3 miutes without fees over 1 dollar

You dont have to explain the whole ripple network in detail just how to do this


Ripple Wallet --> ADVANCED-->Trade---> Huh?

How to do it?
