I sent from my wallet some zec coins on the 10th of jan. i sent it to my cryptonator deposit address for zec.
i still have nothing pending. have emailed support twice without reply

I haven't seen a lot of complaints about them, but they're probably not the best place to store your cryptocoins either. I don't even think that on their site it lists a physical address which is extremely risky, and they take care of your private keys, aka they can do anything to your coins without your consent, whether it be doing fractional reserve and investing partial customer funds or other stuff.
Since you've already deposited to an address that they control, only thing you can do is wait.
Next time remember, if you want instant exchanges, use shapeshift. If you want to store a coin, use the official downloads, don't use a third party, especially if they don't let you handle your own wallet seed/keys.
