what would be the best cpu memory motherbord an power suply be?

get the cheapest CPU and motherboard that support 6 GPUs like BTC version from Asrock, Biostart or Onda with built-in 8 slots.

for psu, adjust with how many gpu will using. brand EVGA, or Corsair. memory can 4GB or 8 GB

it depends on the algo, but i recommend 8gb to be safe in the future.
mainboard buy asrock h110 pro btc, its for 13gpus...maybe u want to buy more gpus after some time
buy platin/titan rated psu...you will save alot money on electricity, or better two of them to run them on lower workload
8gb or more system ram, some coins/miners need alot of systemmemory to work proper

believe me dont try to get everthing as cheap as possible. you will save more money in the long run if u buy good hardware

asrock h81 supports max 7gpu (6on mainboard+1with pcie adapter card)

Don't get the 4gb cards, they will become obsolete much faster. 8gb ones might be more expensive, but you will be able to mine effectively for much longer with these.
