Payout sent over 5 hours ago but still not in my wallet?

Can anyone offer me some advice please?
I reached my payout this morning and it stated that 0.02134844 BTC was sent to my wallet. Yet 5 plus hours later there still nothing in my Nano s wallet? Of course, my wallet address is correct as I’ve simply copied and pasted it into slush pool for payment.

How long do transactions normally take to land in your account (I’m new to mining)

Have you checked  if there are any pending tx for your address?

Maybe your payment was sent and the tx is still not confirmed. (although i pretty much doubt this since slush would obviously include their own payments in the blocks).

Either way, if you don't receive your coins in 24 you should ask for advice in their thread.

I think the transaction is not confirmed yet although you state your payout 5 hours ago.
Recently, the transaction of bitcoin is very slow so i hope you know that before sending the payout.

There is a congestion in the bitcoin network that causes these delays. Currently around 170k unconfirmed transactions.

The reward has been confirmed as it hit my preset limit and I got an email to say the BTC where being transferred.

It states that it may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours. As it’s now been 6 hours it was this reason as to why I was a little worried but as suggested I shall leave it for 24 hours and see if it pops up.
