Not really on topic but not totally off topic either ...
I got a Burnin BitBurner XX (BTB) today and now looking at the option changes to Avalon to optimise the BTB
Running it without a fan (that I got some hours later) suggested some interesting code changes to avalon that may be required
(mainly disabling the mining all together when it gets too hot until it cools down a lot)

Well, this show has stalled with the multi-week delay on the shipment of Avalon chips, starting to be quite a controversy in other threads. If it all goes belly up, does one of the Bitfury based board designs look like a suitable replacement project to get build locally? Thinking about the S-Hash design in particular.

We've been talking about the Bitfury chip for the Caterpillar project - it's going to depend a lot on funding.

FYI all, Barntech is running a GB for BF chips.He's from Sydney. He's also got a modular board design to house them. Apparently he also has a USB design on the way. But still very limited details on design.

Dave from megabigpower has confirm Barntech got a test chip IIRC.
