Hi everyone, if this needs to be moved to another child board, please do so.

I am in the process of selling my mining rig. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=272309.0

I have a possible buyer from China and we are both happy to work with each other to revise a method both safe and secure for both of us. He is probably willing to do an Escrow exchange using BTC but he can't find a quick way to purchase BTC in China besides www.mtgox.com

So far we have eliminated the following methods due to no fault of our own(Region restrictions, etc.):
www.moneybookers.com (US accounts are having transfer issues)
www.skrill.com (US accounts are having transfer issues)
www.dwolla.com (Not available outside of the US)
www.paypal.com (Screwed me over by giving the funds back to a buyer who also has my merchandise)
www.neteller.com (NETELLER accounts are not currently available to residents of the USA)
John K escrow (not in America at the moment, so no escrow through him)
www.mtgox.com - Buyer would have to wait 5 to 7 business days for wire transfer to purchase BTC.
www.coinbase.com (Only let's US residents make BTC purchases)
www.escrow.com  (Flaw in escrow just like PayPal, merchandise can be 'rejected' and funds returned to buyer after they have the package in hand)
www.btcrow.com (Same as escrow.com, flaw that may not protect both parties)

So we need the the community's help with this matter. What other sites offer safe and secure money transfers that protect both buyer and seller? What other methods does the buyer have for purchasing BTC that doesn't involve buying directly from a forum member?

I mentioned Western Union to him, but I feel like that is unfair to the buyer because what do we all think when we send money first? "I won't see my merch.". Too many people pulling fast ones have ruined reputable traders' business. Sad If there was a service that would only release the money back to the buyer if they shipped the exact package back with tracking, and would release the funds back to the buyer if the package made it back safely. Well, my Skrill account has been fixed somewhat, enough to complete the transaction, so I will offer moneybookers/skrill as long as the buyer can get his Skrill account fixed too. Anyone else with advice feel free to come forward.

Ha, I need to start an escrow site that DOES have that!!!! Now that I've publicized the idea, it will probably be here within a month or two ^_^
