Bitstamp no withdrawel

I sent my bitcoin to my bitstamp account to participate in the fork. Now that the fork has been cancelled I cannot withdraw my bitcoin. I have raised a ticket. What is up with the bitstamp exchange?

I sent money from a joint bank account (me and my wife) 12 days ago. I did not know this could be an issue. They requested a bank statement which I sent 10 days ago. I have not heard from them since.
