I paid attention to ICO Livestars. By the way, it started today. The guys have an interesting and promising idea that does not yet have competitors in the decentralized market to the webcams of the industry.

I am looking as well for such a site because it became harder and harder to find a good ICO. I invest in a ICO a month and for January i didn`t yet found any promissing project.

There's a number of them, but the ones that stood out the most for me were icorating.com and icotoinvest.com 

Both very good and unbiased reviews are given.
