What "key card" are BitGo support referring to?

It sounds like you are attempting to claim BCH from a MultiSig BitGo wallet... And their support are asking you to partially sign the BCH raw transaction and then send it to them so they can sign it...

Is there a blog post or instructions from BitGo that you are attempting to follow to do this? Or is it all just based on messages from BitGo support?

The problem is that I initially did not create the wallet correctly !!
Here's a description of how I created the wallet!

I'll try to explain how I created a cold wallet on BitGo.
I registered on the BitGo website, then received a PDF file at the primary registration, with blocks A, B, C, D, and finished hot wallet BTC.
 
The second step that I made.
I created a hot walletBCH and then I got the file PDF KeyCard with activation code, for hot wallet BCH, I activated it.
 
Third step.
I went on to register Advanced Setup for BCH, created the name of the wallet -100 clicked next,(User Key.You can generate a new public key using BitGo's offline vault.) here I inserted data from the card received at the initial registration from block C, indicated the Key ID, and clicked on the next button.
 
The fourth step
Here (Backup Key. The Backup Key can be used to recover your Wallet. Choose how to create your backup key.). I entered data from the same card from Block B, or with the KeyCard of the hot wallet BCH from the C block,
I do not remember!!! pressed the button next, and received a KeyCard with activation codes, Entered the code and activated the wallet.
 
After that I transferred money from a different wallet and this money was received
and enlisted in this cold wallet. The same thing I did with a wallet LTC.
 
Now I understand that I did not correctly register. Advanced Setup wallet,
