Usually they give you in return their own coin after doing bounty task,  You must sign up first in their bounty program which campaign are u interested in , you says ur interested in signature campaign , so click that campaign and give your information like your MEW or ERC20 thru that they will send the payment depends on the rules of the project are you in.

You can search bounty campaigns in the Bounty section. There are several campaigns there that hire Jr. members. All you need to do is to wear their signature then sign up. They usually ask for ethereum address so I don't understand what campaign you were referring that does not asks for an address. After being accepted, you need to complete the number of posts required per week. That's it. Wait for the ICO to end and you will be rewarded with their coins.

Go to the sub forum where the bounties are located. Once doing so, pick a bounty you are interested in, and fill up the Signature campaign form. Then, if you get accepted, start posting as per the rules. Post relevant stuff and don't simply spam to rack up more posts. Also, you will usually be paid in their own token.

Pick a bounty and try reading the rules in their signature campaign. Each step is written on it in detail such as how to join, how many posts to make, when is the distribution of stakes and such. You have to follow it in order to learn. Afterwards, once the bounty is over, mos manager announces when the payments will be rewarded so you must remain active and visit the thread once in a while. Better yet, join their telegram so you'll receive announcements.

If you go to marketplace and then click on services, you will sometimes see a signature campaign thread. Usually you get paid in BTC but there are exceptions. Joining a campaign as a Jr. Member isn't easy, I didn't manage to find one until I got Member.

It's a very complicated process. Usually, you have to arrange a secret meeting with some shady guy. He'll give you a ritual dagger with which you'll slice your wrist, draw some blood and sign a contract with it. Then, once it's time to get paid, you visit a previously agreed dead drop, pick your payment and that's it. Make sure you aren't seen, of course...

Well nowadays, managers are now looking for members as a minimum requirement on signature campaign especially if the campaign will be paid on bitcoins well if the campaign is paid with their tokens then it you can be qualified if you want to apply on a campaign go to bounties (altcoins) or services and look up if there is any spot for you or apply on newly posted campaign and be sure be fast especially in btc paid campaigns if you are applying one because it will get spammed just a matter of seconds if once posted in services and take noote the you to be constructive and do not spam.
