Ouch I only know how to create in HTML4.0 and I guess that the project website need a sign up process which will be requiring Javascript and XHTML1.0.
If I only learn how to code in XHTML1.0 for the better it might be a good idea to offer my skills in your project, nevertheless Good luck looking.
