so some have speculated that the address 1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU belongs to Avalon.  well 10000btc just came out of that wallet after it has been dormant for almost 2 months.  any ideas anyone?

Maybe they're actually going to pay some Batch 3 refunds? /Yeahright
Unlevereged financial instruments acting as a store of value that fluctuate 50% within 10 minutes is perfectly acceptable. I think it should be offered in IRA form to soon to be retirees.

They moved some if it into their mining farm storage account. Don't expect to see 1mBTC coming back to anyone.
