I have a falcon miner blade, 32 chips. I was able to get it powered on for about a minute, but then the molex connections started melting. 6pin and tried 4 pin. Do I need something more than the standard 14 gauge wire that standard PSUs come with?

Just going to go with a Mean Well NES-350-12 12V 350 Watt Ul Switching Power Supply 110-240 Volt
1 blade should max at 250 watts, so 350 should be more than enough.
