Have a strange issue on this exchange.
I trying to activate my API key.
I follow the instruction
https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/212083507-API-Setup-guide:
- create a new key
- press "activate" button
- Enter 2FA
- receive message "Your API key has been activated" (this means "everything is OK" and code 2FA is
accepted, I believe)
BUT! Nothing happens, keys staying inactive!
I thought it's because my account is not verified, and asked my friend (with verified account) does same.
And he had the same thing.
Does anyone have same problems? / What did I do wrong?
The support service does not react... as usual.
