What is the current development stage?We are currently developing the platform and the Beta version is planned to be released to the public in Quarter 3 of 2018
What can I use the OIO Token for?The website operators that implement the Online.io solution will have to possess OIO tokens to be able to receive ICE tokens based on the time spent by their visitors on their web pages. The OIO tokens required to manage the websites will be kept on an Ethereum smart contract.
What is the ICE Token?The ICE Token will be mined by website operators or by the OIO token holders using Proof of Stake algorithm while the purpose of the ICE coin is to be used for micropayments and daily use. Merchants will have the option to be paid in ICE with a 0% commission.
When can OIO Tokens be traded on exchanges?After the OIO Token sale one of our main priorities will be to list the token on main exchanges. Our Tokens are based on Ethereum ERC20 and exchanges implementation should be smooth.
Can USA or China investors participate?Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept investors from the United States of America or the People's Republic of China, where it’s legally prohibited to take part in a cryptocurrency token sale, are not allowed to invest in Online.io.
Are you going to do KYC verification?Yes, we will be doing Know-Your-Customer(KYC) for our investors.
Will there be any discounts during the Token Sale?Discounts from 5% to 25% will be available for our Pre-ICO depending on the minimum purchase of OIO Tokens.
Are the Online.io funds kept safe?All collected Ether will be locked in a refund vault, where it will be stored for the hole duration of the fundraiser.
In the case we will not reach the Soft Cap of $5,000,000, all participants will be able to withdraw their ether/funds from our platform.
If the Soft Cap limit will be reached, all the collected funds will be moved to and locked up in a 2-in-3 multisig wallet, from which they will be periodically released in batches to cover the company operating costs.
