You can try to rebroadcast or accelerate it for free.. Follow this step

1. Go to blockchain.info and copy paste your TXID and enter sample https://blockchain.info/tx/44649de3da27b712fc522069da078bc1089de5a5eccd5f8b34847fe3dec89150
