Carefull when dealing with HitBTC at the moment. Lots of people (including me) experience extremely delayed withdrawals with some random transaction ID that is not valid. Deposits also not showing up.  EDIT: deposit showed up. Withdrawal of XEM was instant & successfull. Lisk withdrawal is back in my wallet. Nice.EDIT2: They have system health on their website. You can check statuses of wallets and pending pools there. Very awsome and +1 for such transparency. |

I ask for withdraw on "2018-01-03 22:48:58" and they given me this transaction ID: https://www.etherchain.org/tx/0x8c24b31054c42afee90a1483c636cdf1df127021b4f63cfacb6d5e087c8b9d7awhich is not found. They are till now (and still now) trusted but doing late payments put us in doubt . |

I do withdraw from hitbtc, they already give tx hash but transaction is invalid. This has been two days, my ticket also has not been replied and now I am very upset. |

I have experienced the same thing, I am sending my eth to Bittrex from HitBTC. but the transaction did not work.
I sent the ticket and within 1 week ETH I was back.
I send my complaints on some social media including in this forum.

Hitbtc sucks some of thier wallets are still on maintenance others cant transfer thier balance on trading and vice versa, dont know whats happening on that site ,my coins pulled out of that site.

Deposits also not showing up. Yea. I also have the same problem as you. I withdrew from Hitbtc. and will never use it again. It gave me TX the wrong transaction. That can not be accepted with an exchange. I think it is scam |

Also a problem with BTC withdrawal stuck for more than 56 hours. Says "Oops! Posting to confirm that i just received my XEM withdraw. Although my Lisk withdrawal has been pending (trxID not found by network) for a of couple days now.

Still waiting on Lisk withdrawal. i experience this with hitbtc too! my btc withrawal took 3 days and there are also instance that depositing trx is error. |

My Lisk withdraw still isn't visible on the blockchain. I made the withdraw on 2018-01-04, so it has been more than 8 days...

I have had problems with hitbtc with withdraw but it gets fixed after few hours.
I don't think there is a chance of losing money or something like that.

Maybe there are having some issues with there system as many complain are coming out this day with people saying there are having one problem or the other. If Hitbtc has not seeing this I will advice you should send them some messages in other to fixed this. I have also witness this samething with etherdelta through out last week. |
