Blockcypher shows it went through and is confirmed and unspent.  Funds are not in my LTC Wallet on Coinpayments.net.

I used the same coinpayments.net wallet address that I sent a test $5.00 transaction through to that cleared in 3 hours.

The one LTC coin I transferred some 24 hours ago, has yet to appear.

I did open a ticket with coinpayments.net, no response yet.

Questions:

1)  Please confirm that there is nothing wrong with using the same wallet address for multiple transactions.

2)  Other than opening a ticket like I have, what other resources do I have?

3)  Is it as all unusual for a transaction to confirm like this, but not appear?

No, you can send coins to the same address as many times as you want, but generally it is advised to create a different receiving address each time for increased privacy.

2)  Other than opening a ticket like I have, what other resources do I have?
Well, you could post here the tx id for us to help you better since we would know what we are looking at exactly.

3)  Is it as all unusual for a transaction to confirm like this, but not appear?

If the transaction is seen as confirmed on all block explorers, and it doesn't show up in a place where you cannot control the private keys (all exchanges, ICO deposits, etc) and you are sure that you sent the coins to the public address used as a deposit address on there, then the fault is on their end since they control the keys. Contact customer support.

Cellard, thanks for that.

Here's the transaction key.  I'm the 1 LTC guy

coinpayments.net is not impressing me with their ticket support.  Had a bot close it out stating there were no confirmations.

There have been 6+ confirmations for the last 10 hours.

What happened to that Dr. Data guy from coinpayments, is he gone now?

Transaction has been confirmed already.
You'll have to keep pestering Coinpayments to credit your wallet.

It finally went through this morning.

Is this sort of delay pretty much normal?  I'm using coinpayments.net since their wallet holds a large number of diverse coins.  My plan is to use changelly to convert the LTC into various other currencies.

Is there a better provider to do this?

Happens even on exchange wallets.
Transactions get many confirmations but funds don't show in the wallet.

I guess they can't scale to the influx of new users.
