Spending crypto with cards and the fair rate

Many of the credit cards out there that allow to use crypto, aside the problems they had with the issuers lately, have no way of letting you know what is the official rate that you are going to be paying when making a transaction. I only know one that can do it -  FuzeX card and I am interested in views about this project.
