Today is your chance to own a special piece of Bitcoin history and pick up one of the earliest crypto-currency coins that came on to the market.  It is loaded with 0.01 and only 48 were ever produced, so they rarely come up for sale. I'm quite happy to keep this coin, but will part with it for the right price

Are these really collectable? I have series one version one unloaded and I assumed it was basically worthless.

Whether it is a collectible can be personal opinion, some people collect stamps and others collect bottle tops. This section of the forum has many physical coins/chips/tokens for sale. This is a sales thread, not an appraisal thread. However, this was Series "0.1" and I think you have a Series "1" which is much more common. I doubt what you possess is worthless, but it does not hold the same value and you can research this information by yourself.
