Anyone use Coss. Problem with depositing.

Hi i sent a LTC to COSS and its been over 13 hours now still not showing any deposit received. Please advice if anyone else had the same problem, And best way to resolve.

Coss has some problems that will be resolved soon, they are also coming up with a better and smoother user interface, im sure that will improve all issues that the members are facing at the moment.

You can read the latest update from the team through social media account. but have you tried to send a ticket to the support? if there is no any response for your ticket and i can say about you can try to make your complain in coss official announcement thread and let the team know your problem.

Coss is terrible.

There are some hardcore fans of it but I don't see where the fandom comes from.
Just kidding, of course I know where it comes from.  There is a group of people feeling like they "missed out" on binance coin and kucoin shares so they are putting all
their eggs in the coss basket.

So what's wrong?

First off, the entire website and exchange just flat out doesn't work well.
PAges taking forever to load.
Links not working.
Insane load times, it's just buggy as hell.
Fanboys will say, "Just be patient! It's only in beta! There's gonna be improvements soon!"
Yup, I ain't waitin.  There's better options already out there.

Second, deposit and withdrawal times are INSANE!
This is not a btc or eth issue because you can often see your transaction confirmed on the blockchain, but in the exchange it is just pending forever.
When I first tested it out, my btc deposit sat pending for two days, while on the blockchain it was racking up confirmations galore.
Deposit took three days.  That is just not acceptable.

Anyways, just use kucoin or binance, stay away from this one.
