According to PayPal and their U.S. IRS policy, my account will be free from having to report to the IRS as long as I follow the guidelines below:

I will accept this job position as long as your client agrees to the following conditions:

  • The client will pay the fees incurred by their vendor sending the PayPal payment to my account. Sending as Goods or Services will incur an additional fee that comes from my account, and puts me at risk of having to report transactions to the IRS for the full value of said transactions, not just the 10% that I will earn. If their vendor sends the payment as Friends or Family, no fees will be incurred at all.
  • The client will pay for my deposit fee to LocalBitcoins.com, as well as the blockchain transaction fees. I will provide a screenshot of those fees and exclude them from the total 90% value of the overall transaction. My reward and payment will be for the full 10% of the gross payment before fees.
  • I will commit to 12 months of transactions to my account. After this time, your client will be required to find a new “employee” to do these transactions, or we can have a discussion to negotiate another deal for an additional 12 months.
  • I will send the bitcoin transaction from my wallet to my LocalBitcoins account using a fee of no less than 200 sat/byte. If the transaction times take long due to a congested network, the client must agree that the LBC transaction will not take place until the funds have successfully been deposited into my account. I will provide the client with a TXID anytime that a transaction is initiated. If the client finds that the transaction is taking too long, they will be responsible for accelerating the transaction and any fees that are incurred for doing so.

If these conditions can be met, please feel free to send me a private message so that we can discuss this opportunity in more detail.

Cheers.

Checked and cleared funds from trusted 3rd party payment processors/networks (Like Amazon associate, EBay partner network, clickbank) will be received to your Paypal account.

Whats the guarantee that the payment will be available from these? and what about the legitimacy? Since Paypal is involved everyone needs to know what they will be getting into. OP and his associate gets 180 days to chargeback and put a hole in your pocket as well as limit your Paypal. Over that I suppose the funds will be sent as good and payment, which will make it a click of a button to open a case.

I agree with you sir. What about the guaranteed payment.
