What is the fastest method of transferring bitcoin to a different exchange?

I have recently been going the BTC -> LTC (SEND TO NEW EXCHANGE) LTC -> BTC 

Is there anything faster than LTC and with good liquidity on most decent exchanges for this purpose?

actually, there are many altcoins that faster for receiving in other wallet and not just ltc, maybe you can try with doge which is almost every exchanges has this coin. the other coin maybe dgb, dash, monero ( I think this two coin is fast too ). I think that is I know so far because I am not too often sending one coin to another coin.

I use the same process. LTC is good in transferring exchange to exchange - cheaper and faster.
Eth sometimes is clogged and BTC is more clogged and pricey.
