    Good day! I just want to ask ,what are the criteria so that anyone can give you negative trust?
  I really dont know why they put negative trust in my account. I did not do anything wrong. How can this negative trust remove?

Since ratings aren't moderated, anyone can give you those ratings (although not all of those will be shown by default). Usually scammers/spammers and account seller/buyers are the main candidates for such ratings.

How can this negative trust remove?

Only the person that left you the negative rating, is capable of removing it (there's an exception in cases of abuse).
