At that level, it's either money laundering or a scam. Definitely this seems to be nothing less than fishy as a newbie asking that they can trade 50 - 100 btc per day and high chances that this would be a legitimate trade. Also nothing is mentioned about who are they or any website if they own any exchange etc. It is a sign of warning and need to stay away unless you get the appropriate answer for your queries.
