How to manually adjust difficulty with bfgminer?

How do I manually set the difficulty on bfgminer? Is there any command?

Do you mean work difficulty send by the pool ? If is this that you mean normaly you do it in the worker configuration page on the pool site, notice that not all the pools has this option....
