I have been a customer from the old btc-e exchange and now i am a customer of the wex.nz exchange since they changed their name.
So i can't withdraw my coins or funds because they keep my account blocked for withdrawing for no reason ..
BUT i am able to trade..
So the question is this guy's: can i sell my bitcoins for 1 dollar a bitcoin and buy them back with another account from 1 of my friends, and from that account withdraw my bitcoins?
As i was trying this on the exchange the platform let's me make orders for buying at a higher price but when i want to sell under the price i won't make an order it will execute right away with another bidder not at the price i wanted to sell. Could i make sell orders using API or software or something?
Hope this could be possible because i can't withdraw my bitcoins and this would change my life if i could be able to withdraw them ..

It is impossible. When you sell a bitcoin on Wex.nz with price is 1$, they will automatically fill highest bids until your bitcoin is sold out. you should email to Wex.nz supporters to ask the reason they locked withdraw function on your account.
