Bcash is the only one that Armory (sort of) supports for now, primarily so that people can move their coins to another wallet, as Armory won't be properly supporting Bcash. See the stickies for more info. Bgold is coming eventually but is the same deal. For the rest, try this program (written by a former Armory developer). Armory won't be supporting all the penny stock-esque forks out there and will be focusing on Bitcoin.

Jimmy's program? You'll have to talk to him, or play with it on your own. I know it exists but I haven't messed with it.

The usual procedure is to move your BTC to a new Armory Wallet (not just a new address). Let the transaction(s) confirm a few times.
Then export private keys for those now empty addresses. Import into the forks. Send to an exchange or wherever.
Basic rule being: Don't expose your private keys while there is BTC on them.
