Why is BTC-E, Stamp, and Gox not responding to the valuation in China when it looks like China is solvent? Prior China was reactive to Gox, now Gox is struggling to match China

BTC-E and China is about 250 USD spread. That is ASTOUNDING

BTC-E and Gox is over 100 USD spread

China does their own thing now, anyone outside of China cannot get in on BTCChina if they want anything other than CNY out of it.

As for why China is so much higher than elsewhere--demand.  The Chinese see BTC as a novel, secure digital currency that is sufficiently adopted and has enough value to store their wealth.

Maybe new money must flow into those exchanges for the price to takeoff.
